Done

  • Memorandum and Rules adopted by the general body, 1 November 2026
  • Election commission appointed from members not standing for office
  • President, General Secretary and Organising Secretary elected by secret ballot
  • Minutes taken, with the count for each office recorded

Not yet

  • Treasurer not elected. The Rules require the office always to be filled, and no payment may be made without that signature
  • Vice-President and Fairness and Governance Secretary vacant
  • Domain reviewers not elected, so no part of the council's work is yet audited
  • Safeguarding committee not constituted
  • Registration not filed. The membership is below the number the registrar requires
  • No registered office, no bank account, no subscription rate set
  • No measurement taken and nothing published
No readings have been taken. The test is whether a local unit is still measuring in month thirty, on a fixed rhythm, with nobody checking. That is years away.

Elsewhere

No other body has adopted the standard.

When one does, it will appear here with the same columns — what it has done, and what it has not. If you are forming one, the kit is free and nobody needs to ask.
